We have a very solid philosophy in coaching our young athletes. The focus is first on injury prevention and age appropriate activity. Each athlete comes to us with their unique starting point. We assess where they are at and build the training program off of the athlete’s individual needs. With each athlete, our goal is to see them excel at their sport, remain injury free, and develop a love for fitness in the process.
