  • ENERGIZE! Fitness Class Fast-pased, circuited resistance training targeting total body fitness
  • Power Cardio – Burn calories in a fun and challenging 30 minute circuit
  • Cardio Kickboxing – Fast-paced and high energy cardio. Authentic kickboxing techniques and core strengthening
  • Posture Strength – Improve trouble spots that are weak and tight due to sitting
  • Self defense – Learn practical strikes, escapes, and defenses. Improve your fitness to generate strength and power against an attacker.
  • Wolverine Fight System MMA Training – Train in kickboxing, submission wrestling, and MMA tactics.
